OUR SHIPPING POLICY

At Botanical Essence Candles, we understand the importance of receiving your order promptly and in perfect condition. That's why we take great care in packaging and shipping your items.

Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all orders within Australia. Shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
Express Shipping: We also offer express shipping for an additional fee. This option is available when you checkout. Please note, we are unable to provide next business day delivery at this stage.

Processing Time:

All orders received before 10:00am will be processed and shipped within 2 business days, pending availability and credit card verification.

Delivery Time:

Standard Shipping: Delivery time for standard shipping is 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Delivery time for express shipping is 2-3 business days.

Tracking:

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping:

We currently only ship within Australia.
